About the Designer

Hi there! I'm Frances Anne (you can call me Fran).

I started creating veils as an "add on" to my bridal alterations business (Sew Glorious) and I sort of fell in love with them. After I saw just how much they can elevate and define your look for your wedding day, designing veils became my new passion!

There's nothing better than placing a veil on a bride and hearing her say, "I feel sooooo beautiful!"

I truly enjoy creating one-of-a-kind veils that reflect your vision for your wedding day.

I love to use elements from vintage veils supplied by you, the bride (perhaps the lace from grandma's veil?) and

I also love collaborating with brides to design a veil that can be hand down from generation to generation.

So, go on... use your imagination and we'll make your wedding day dreams come true!

Oh.... and one more thing (it's sort of important): My business is INCLUSIVE. I will make a veil, cape, wings, hats... anything you can imagine for ANYONE. If that's you, then you've found someone to help you to tell your story!

Family Tradition

Frances Anne Veils is a tale of passion and tradition, weaving together the essence of elegance and family heritage.

Our veil journey began with a single veil, a crown worn by my mother. I was always a fan of crowns (but that's another story).

I knew I wanted to wear my mother's crown for my own wedding.

So, we put new tulle on it that had some pearls sprinkled on it, and I wore it.

Then, when my sister-in-law got married to my brother, I offered the crown to her. We added fresh tulle to it and a blusher. She felt like a princess.

When my daughter got married, we used the pearl sprinkled tulle from my veil to create her veil.

THIS is why I am so passionate about veils. Veils are much more than a piece of tulle on a comb. They have the potential to tell a family's love story.

I invite you to write your own veil story.
